About These Services

The Enchanted Alchemist provides Intuitive Art sessions, Spirit Guide readings, QHHT® sessions, and related spiritual mentoring services. These services are offered for spiritual, educational, and inspirational purposes only. Please see the disclaimer in our website footer for full details on the nature and limitations of these services — that disclaimer is incorporated into and forms
part of these Terms.

Booking & Payment

  • Sessions are booked by appointment through our online scheduler or by direct contact and are subject to confirmation by Richele Tralee.
  • Payment is currently handled offline via digital payment and is arranged directly between Richele Tralee and the client. Specific payment terms, pricing, and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Enchantment Information Sessions cancelled in less than 24 hours will be considered for rescheduling on a case by case basis. All paid services require 24 hours for notice of cancellation and will be subject to cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Custom-created intuitive art pieces are final and not eligible for refund, given their personalized and one-of-a-kind nature. To request a refund for any other service, please reach out directly to discuss your situation.

Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded. Recorded Intuitive Art, Spirit Guide, and QHHT® sessions require all-party consent — meaning both Richele Tralee and the client must agree before any recording begins. By booking a session, you acknowledge and consent to this recording. Richele Tralee retains a copy of session recordings on file. Recordings are not published, shared publicly, or used for informational or promotional purposes (including on this website or on social media) unless separate, explicit all-party permission is obtained from the client at that time. Client identity and any personally identifying details will be handled with care and only shared publicly to the extent the client has specifically agreed to.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, original artwork, and Richele Tralee’s intuitive art created during sessions — is the property of The Enchanted Alchemist unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Artwork or recordings created for a specific client during their session becomes theirs to keep for personal use, but Richele Tralee retains the right to reference the general nature of her work (not identifying client details) for her own portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client
requests otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or booking of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact information you provide directly, such as your name and email address, when you fill out a contact form, book a session, or sign up for our mailing list.
  • Booking details through our scheduling tool (currently Zoom Scheduler), such as your name, email, and the date/time of your appointment.
  • Session content, such as recordings made during readings, provided to you for personal use as described above.
  • Basic technical/analytics information collected automatically through our web host and website plugins (such as general visitor traffic data). We do not currently use dedicated third-party tracking tools like Google Analytics beyond what is bundled by default with our hosting provider (IONOS) and WordPress plugins

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Schedule and conduct your sessions
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • Send you session-related communications (e.g., booking confirmations, Zoom links)
  • Send occasional newsletter or update emails, only if you have opted in to our mailing list
  • Maintain and improve our website

Email Newsletter

If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, we will use your email address to send you occasional updates, musings, and offers related to The Enchanted Alchemist. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email, or by contacting us directly.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business, each of which has its own privacy practices:

  • Zoom — for conducting virtual sessions and consultations, and for scheduling via Zoom Scheduler
  • IONOS — our website hosting provider
  • [MailPoet] — for managing our email newsletter, if/when you opt in

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Embedded Content from other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Data Retention

We retain your contact and booking information, as well as session recordings, for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain reasonable business records, or until you request deletion (see Your Rights, below). Recordings are stored securely and are not published or used for informational or promotional purposes (including on this website or social media) without your separate, explicit all-party permission at the time of that specific use.
